Kingsway Community Church protects data it collects on the web site by storing it in a secure database. To further protect credit card information, only the last 4 digits of credit cards are stored. Credit Card expiry dates are not stored. Whilst processing a payment, data transmission is encrypted using SSL to keep your information secure and confidential.  

Kingsway Community Church Privacy Statement

Kingsway Community Church , 9 Resolution Drive, Caringbah, NSW 2229 will collect and store the information you voluntarily provide to enable processing and payment of bookings for our Church programs, camps and seminars. The information will be provided to booking staff and leaders of the program and their supervisors, where necessary, and you consent to this disclosure. Any information provided by you will be stored on a database that will only be accessed by authorized personnel and is subject to privacy restrictions. The information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected.

Any information to Kingsway Community Church provided by you can be accessed by you during standard office hours and updated by writing to us or contacting us on 02 9524 8849( Church Office)

Kingsway Community Church Refund Policy

Please note that any payment made online to Kingsway Community Church in the absence of a completed booking offer, does not on its’ own constitute an accepted booking. Before making an online payment, please ensure that you have completed and signed a booking offer issued by Kingsway Community Church , and that you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions of hire stated in that document.

Any payment made is subject to Kingsway Community Church’s cancellation policy as outlined in the terms and conditions stated in our booking offer. The cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations

  1. A cancellation made within 7 days of the event will not be refunded.
  2. A cancellation made within two months of the scheduled event date(s) will be accepted, however it will incur a $10 administration fee which will be deducted from the remaining deposit.
  3. A cancellation made with over two months notice will be fully refunded.
  4. A deposit will  be repaid in full if the event is cancelled.
  5. All requests for cancellation must be in writing.
